Truly excellent. We thought our Panasonic TV had developed a hardware fault. We called Gogglebox and Darryl came within the hour. He seemed to know what was wrong intuitively - a software problem! (this astonished me - the TV appeared to be plain dead). Apparently some updates can corrupt the software and render the TV 'dead'! Darryl used a special reset method and the TV suddenly came to life! He retuned it and checked the settings. Now it is absolutely perfect, yet before his visit I was almost resigned to buying a new TV. It took him only minutes and his fee was very reasonable. Beyond excellent - FIVE GOLD STARS!
Great service from Gogglebox. We thought our DVD/Cd player was kaput. Wrong ! Error was solved in 24 hour and we are back watching ancient disks and tapes Thank you Gogglebox.
